SITDEF

SITDEF Peru is a major international exhibition in Latin America for defence, security, cybersecurity and disaster prevention, organized by the Peruvian Ministry of Defence and the Armed Forces. The next edition is scheduled to take place on 1–4 April 2027 at the Cuartel General del Ejército in San Borja, Lima, Peru. The exhibition covers a broad range of technologies and solutions, including land, air and naval systems, weapons and ammunition, air defence and missile systems, command and control, electronic defence technologies, UAV and unmanned systems, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, satellite technologies, military equipment and uniforms, counter-drone systems, disaster prevention and early-warning technologies. Bringing together the Peruvian Army, Navy, Air Force, National Police, INDECI and other government institutions, as well as international delegations and private-sector companies, SITDEF provides an important platform for entering the Latin American defence market, establishing contacts with military and security authorities, finding local distributors and partners, and developing business opportunities related to government projects and procurement programmes. The 2025 edition brought together exhibitors and delegations from 24 countries; official sources reported 212 companies representing 32 countries, while the event attracted more than 50,000 visitors.
