CAUCASUS BUILD

Caucasus Build is an important international B2B exhibition dedicated to the construction, building materials and interior sectors in Georgia and the wider Caucasus region. The 2027 edition is expected to take place in April 2027 at the Expo Georgia Exhibition Center in Tbilisi, although the exact dates have not yet been officially confirmed by the organiser. The exhibition covers a wide range of products and solutions, including building and construction materials, construction machinery and equipment, renovation, interior and decoration, furniture, heating and air-conditioning, energy-efficient and green building technologies, smart technologies, and pool and wellness solutions. Caucasus Build provides an effective platform for exhibitors to connect directly with contractors, investors, real estate developers, architects, engineers, distributors, consulting companies and public and private-sector decision-makers, while B2B meetings, conferences, workshops and industry presentations create additional networking and business opportunities. The 2026 edition was held on 17–19 April 2026, with organisers expecting more than 150 participating companies and approximately 8,000 visitors. The exhibition is therefore particularly valuable for companies seeking to find new customers and distributors in Georgia and neighbouring Caucasus markets such as Azerbaijan and Armenia, access construction and infrastructure projects, and establish business partnerships with key players in the regional construction industry.
